Alberta recorded another 138 cases of COVID 19 in the past day. The overall total is now 1870 since the pandemic began. Dr. Deena Hinshaw says 914 of those patients have recorded from the virus. There were two more fatalities in the past day…both seniors in continuing care homes. Dr. Hinshaw say the vast majority of news cases are happening in the Calgary health zone and more testing is underway to find out why that is. Hinshaw says she realizes many Albertans are probably growing tired of hearing about COVID 19 and being forced to stay at home. She says we need to hold each other up during this time, adding, this won’t last forever.
